Hello there,
This is Joanna from OLC. m11-116-5 locked up completely yesterday and
again today. Both mouse and keyboard locked up. No amount of
jiggling, tightening of cables, etc would free it. And of course
since the keyboard was locked up, the proper control-alt-return, etc.,
reboot sequence couldn't be done.
Can someone try looking into this..? Thanks!
