Hi,
I was using the Silicon Graphics Workstations in the Stratton
Student Center this afternoon, and I am very upset and have
a complaint about what happened (the SIPB told me to foward
you my complaint). The edge of the table supporting the workstation
is very sharp, catching onto my clothes, scraping me on the thigh,
and puncturing a hole into my expensive jacket! On some of the
tables there is a rubber protection from the sharp edges. On others,
like the one, I happened to work at there wasn't. Please do something
about this matter. I would like to be reimbursed for what happened
to my jacket because the MIT computing facilities should be safe for everyone.
Thanks for your help.
