Hi, so krill logged onto m33-222-9 and now his screen froze up on him.
it was frozen for a few minutes so he decided to reboot, but we did
the cntrl-alt sequence and nothing happened, the screen is still very
frozen. we figured turning the power off would be a bad idea.
so could you all log him out somehow?
