Hello--
So HElios, the printer in bldg 16, had a long stream of garbage printing out.
It was just pages and pages of paper with only the top two lines filled with
random characters. The girl's who's print job it was logged out and left. We
were told to remove the print trays and then shift-rest the printer. We did so,
the job stopped, but now the next job keeps trying to print and the printer
jams every time. (The paper jams.)
My name is James Gouldstone. My number is 787-3347, but I don't anticipate
being there for a long time to come.
We've left the trays out so the printer won't start itself up again.
Could you come down here and fix, please?
