It appears that a bootp server on 18.186 was interfering with picus booting.
The drop of that machine has been disabled and picus successfully rebooted.
Network contacts in Sloan have been sent email describing the situation.
Network: the offending machine was on TANGLAPTOP050, rep-e353 2/9
