ceres is all unhappy

the printer ceres is jamming, registering errors, and generally
malfunctioning in minor ways on a pretty regular basis (at least once or
twice every day i've been in the SIPB office someone has come in to
report some problem). clearing jams doesn't seem to help a lot, as
frequently the printer will jam again after printing five or six pages.
