"Login Failed" message

The machine "barker-5-6" in the barker library 5th floor cluster gives the
message "Login Failed--Workstation failed to activate successfully, please
notify Athena Hotline" message whenever anyone tries to log in.
Other stuff on the console includes
"sh:/usr/athena/bin/kdestroy: not found"
and the occasional
"no Hesiod information available"
