Hello,
Could you guys check this out or let me know what we can try. I thought
it was a paper jam but the RCC checked it out and can not find any trace
of paper. The machine has been restarted several times but it still
generate the same message.

Hi Tom,
You never got back to me about the printer. It's been nonfunctional for
several days now giving the error "Duplex Jam 13.2". There doesn't
seem to be anything we can do to fix it. Please send a repair person.
Also, there is quite a queue backed up on the print server (MULCH).
I hope someone can flush it before it goes back online so we don't have
pages of spew coming out. Thanks.
