Phil and Hotline, 

   that's actually the second display on that computer.  It's either the
computer (who knows how likely that is) or an unavoidable electrical
interference in the location to which that display is sensitive.  We (the Sun
repairman and I) thought it must be interference because it changed when you
repositioned the display.  

   Perhaps we should swap the Sun with a Decstation that doesn't show the same
sensitivity.  The Sun repairman (excuse me, engineer) thought that the stock Sun
display wasn't the best one they had, so shielding issues might be more
pronounced than if it were the best display available.

   Can we get hotline to come over and unlock Stickley and unlock one of the
Decstations so we can move them and see if it changes things?
