Hi Joe -
I couldn't find this system by the name in the DB. When I check
the S/N supplied by Phil it shows as being located in E40-014
with the name 4-035-19. I need to know if it's ok to place a
service call on this.

The serial number for mansard is 080069092C0F. We got it about
3 weeks ago. Brian Murphy should have fond memories of installing
this one!
