Dear Staff:
Printer BIAS appears to be stuck. It shows that it's on-line and ready
but stuff just sits in the print queue and never comes out (and the light
on the printer never flashes).
Maybe the server needs to be reset, although the server does accept the
print job and doesn't report that anything is wrong.
