Between 3:00am and 4:00am on the morning of Monday September 4 (that's
Sunday night), there will be an outage of the SIPB AFS cell while we
move a disk from one machine to another. We seem to be having
problems with the SCSI bus on rosebud when we add a new disk to it, so
we're trying putting the disk on ronald-ann instead.
