New system board for rosebud2.mit.edu

We have reason to believe that the system board on rosebud2.mit.edu
has developed a SCSI controller problem. We've had separate problems
with two of our external disks, and swapping out one of the external
disks didn't solve that disk's problem (specifically, that writes get
very slow after you put some data on the disk).
We would like to try replacing the system board on rosebud2. Since
rosebud2 is an AFS server, we will need to schedule an outage, and we
would like to have the replacement happen either very early in the
morning or late at night if at all possible.
