a user called a reported ithiel in e53-438 constantly jam'n
i went on site and found fuser scored plus a sprung spring
after a few mins Scott showed up from PC (user called us and
PC service). We replaced fuser and did some more testing
but still jam'n, Scott will start working on printer tomorrow
morning again.
