Kimberly,
The status of the trouble on the low speed modem pool problem is
as follows. As of 4pm this afternoon there are 27 modems in the pool
made busy due to option problems. It is difficult to access the modems
to update the options when there is traffic contending for the modems.
As a result a technician will work to resolve the remaining troubles
early Saturday morning. With the 27 low speed modems currently made busy
there are now 79 modems available to handle the traffic for Friday
evening. After reloading the modems Saturday we anticipate that all of
the modems will be available as of 8am Saturday.
