A utp drop was recently installed in BURTON House.
I am getting a external loopback error on powerup of the printer.
The printer also goes "ready" which means it has at least a
limitted network connection.
The drop I found had no UTP cable so maybe I am not at the
correct drop????? I'm using one of my own UTP cables.
Please check it out.
