I got your v-mail today. I didn't get the name
of your workstation.
Anyway, your workstation is probably set to
not take the update. Below are the instructions to update it
manually.
Please give it a try and notify hotline with the results.

2. Type "/srvd/update_ws"
3. Update will take about 20 minutes.
