Kieth Roberts (instructor) had reported a problem with the VRC16 monitor cable.
Upon investigation it has been determined that the monitor cable had been
pulled maliciously (so hard) that the bnc connectors remained on the monitor
terminals, and the rest of the cable was detached. The mouse also had only
horizontal movement, and the screw housing for the monitor cable at the cpu
end was out. I have corrected all these problems, and the system is now up and
operating properly. No CSA Parts going out. No Parts Consumed.
