#23 was found with no pwr again. I have swap'd utp cables
and reseated pwr cable powered back up no problems.

#23 was found with network err's in console.
I had to reboot and power cycle numerous times
to be able to login. Now that I'm in I believe
there is a software problem and will start a reinstall.
