 Hi Steve,
	Hotline got the message below in regards to eaps cluster. 
	The issue of the poor print may be due to a deteriorating
	toner cartridge. If the toner has anything above 8K copies
	on it it may be time for a new one. Could you look into this 
	and get back to hotline with your results.
