i'm in the m16-034 cluster and it is pretty loud here.
the pipes overhead (i think) are making a very lound high pitched sound.
i am concerned that working here for too long might lead to hearing
damage. it is the kind of thing that you don't notice unless you are
thinking about it but perhaps that makes it even more dangerous.
i suggest that you hang some sound dampening tiles below the pipes.
please let me know the status of this issue as (if) it evolves.
