Hmm, buildding 66? Isn't that a network they are responsible
for? I think problems like this are supposed to be investigated
by their network person. I seem to remember Joanne working out
some sort of special arrangement for their network and Athena
equipment.
If this problem is part of that hokey serial-line-modem-print
server stuff, it's not supported any more. None the less, I think
their cluster/network manager needs to get involved.

A user called from 66-256 (X3-6947) stating that the Athena printer in 66-246
has print jobs that disappear from the print queue. Needs to be looked into.
Almost sound like a baud rate problem. Have forwarded to dcns-cluster & 'op'.
Needs to be looke into.
