hodge, a DEC-3100 in the SIPB office (W20-557) is having serious
problems with its keyboard. the 'c' key was earlier not working, and was
fixed, but now the return key and the right shift key are sticking;
they'll often need to be hit several keys. also, random other keys are
sticking and random times, or are sending duplicate signals.
