why is W20-575-28 in the noc?

Why is the machine: w20-575-28 listed in the noc and reporting
that it's down?
(FYI- I tried to do a hostinfo on this machine, but I'm on a Sun
and the command doesn't work :-(
Anyways, right now it says:
*w20-575-28.mit. 10/ 6 9:41 timeout 10/ 1 11:50-10/ 1 11:51 timeout
