We request bldg E52 fire alarm shutdowns from 6 AM to 10 AM on Wednesday an=
d Friday, June 15th and 17th, 2016 for conducting 3rd party testing of the =
bldg E52 fire alarm system as it relates to the E52-AH1 and AH2 smoke contr=
ol panel and smoke evac dampers (all recently worked on) and one or two oth=
er miscellaneous items. We will conduct intermittent *live audible testing =
of the bldg E52 fire alarm system intermittently between 6 AM and 7:00 AM b=
oth morning* followed by silent testing and the testing will be witnessed b=
y JMBCo (Wayne Maginnis 617-212-2059) for WSP (Scott Petit 617-515-0325). T=
his is as part of the E52 building renovation project by Consigli Construct=
ion (Janine Covitz 774-573-7333) and Rich Quade 4-3338 is the MIT project m=
anager.
Please NOTE the time for the bldg E52 fire alarm intermittent *live audible=
testing of the fire alarm system"* will be between 6 and 7 AM (no noise a=
fter 7) on both mornings as the occupants have meetings scheduled at 7:30 A=
M.
Effect:
Loss of fire alarms for the duration of the shutdown and *live audible test=
ing.
