Hi,
The printer cyphus in the Mech Eng private cluster (3-462) is in urgent need
of servicing. It has been producing dismal printing quality for the last few
months despite occasional toner changes. Its paper exit cover also doesn't
close properly at times which stops the printer and makes the "C" symbol flash.
Recently the lower right hand portion in the cyphus printouts is found to be
very light and blurred. I would highly appreciate it if you could service the
printer as soon as possible. May I also request the regular maintenance of
this printer in future like any other Athena cluster printers since it has
caused lot of inconvenience to us in the recent past.
