Dear hotline,
I just left a phone message, but thought I'd write too. Cyphus is
having trouble! The paper dipenser cover will not close ("C" error message)
because the springs for the spring loaded that hooks that hold it closed are
both broken - in that the plastic pieces that hold the hooks, that are molded to
the cover have both broken off. It seems we need either new plastic things to
be glued on, or a completely new cover, in addition to the two missing springs.
Anyway, hope you are the ones to fix this, if not please let me know who to
contact. Myself and others use this printer a lot and it'd be great to fix it
ASAP.
