Subject: sick workstation
Prof. Durfee, I'm working in 3-462 and thought I should let you know
about a workstation that seems broken. It started making a lot of
sound and it sounded like something rotational. I know, not a very
thorough diagnosis. Sorry. Anyway, I turned it off and tried
rebooting, but it didn't help. So I turned it off again and left a
note. It's the middle of the three that are in front of the window.
I called the Athena hardware hot-line and left a message with the room
number, location and type of workstation, and your name. Hope this is
okay with you.
