HI jj,

I would send them to PC Service x-0815. We do have have the tools or are 
trained to fix these.  I would send this request to Robin, since she may 
have to pay for service.

I don't think Katie knows that this is not Athena equipment. Each group 
made there own decision on how to service non Athena machines through 
T&M or service contract. I would explain this to both her and Dottie and 
have the make arrangements with PC Service.
