Hello,
Henry Chung from Nexthouse Cluster zephyr'ed me to ask if I could
shut down their printqueue and flush all jobs in the queue. The
printer was giving Transport Jam errors. I have shutdown the
queue.

Could you please investigate the jamming errors.
