The syspacks cell used to provide system packs for the RS6000 workstations,
but those workstations now get system packs from the athena cell. So, the
three RT servers that make up the syspacks cell (minya, scylla, and pericles)
are all being shut down this evening.
Users shouldn't notice this, but if you get a lot of complaints about
the 'syspacks' cell or about minya, scylla, or pericles, please let 'op'
know. Thanks!
