	Caller reported tha NEWKIRK a DS3100 in 7-012 is down.
	I instructed her to hit the halt button in the rear and
	the WS started to boot but stopped w/ "can't open Ultrix boot".

	Needs to be checked.

I believe the system is in need of a reload.
Can you guys in ops set this up for us and
let us know when it's ok to go ahead with
reload.  Thanks.
