2) Machine: basselope
Type: VS3100
Location: 11-323
Problem: Machine's hard disk is making a noise. May need to be
replaced.
I have verified this system as having a noisy drive.
It's a Vax3100 M30 when call is placed to Dec ask
engineer to bring boot roms with them, I'm not sure
if it needs it but better to be safe than sorry.
