We're not sure what happened with the Hayden LAN this
morning. The reason the NOC messages stopped after 7am
was because of a configuration problem that kept it from
doing it's regular 7am restart.
The Hayden LAN is ok now... we'll keep an eye on it.

Haydens network was bouncing up and down, was getting many
noc mssgs. Also pinging Athena systems in 14-010 had substancial
loss of packets. I left V-mail on 8400 about what was happening.
Around 7:50am'ish the noc has stop'd complaining but loss of
packets is still high.
