7-321 columbia monitor still not working

Got a call from Ocean Eng. They said that someone was on sight today to
fix the monitor on columbia. The monitor was not getting power. Now
that the service guy left the monitor has power, but the picture on the
screen is rolling up very quickly ~1-2 cycles/second. He needs someone
to come back out to 7-321. Call Ming at 3-3975.
