NMRLAB, 66-421, failed to initialize probperly

Got a call from Colin Wolden at x3-6480.  He has a DS3100 named NMRLAB 
in 66-421 that is giving the error message: failed to initialize 
properly, notify Athena operations.  Can someone look into this?
