Workstations Running Very Slow.

The two workstations in Bldg 41, m41-211-1 and m41-211b-1 are running very very
slow. Is this because of some change of software that renders the VAXstation
3100 useless, or is it a seasonal thing - students scrambling before exam time?
I would greatly appreciate a response on this matter. Thank you.
