The public workstation M37-313-10 is down. When you press the reboot
button on the back it does not successfully complete the countdown. It
makes it to 3, then prints a double question mark and asks you to tell
it what language it should use. After entering 4 (English), it gives
the standard >> prompt. If you type auto it responds with:

I called the hotline phone number and left a message on the answering
machine at approximately 12:40 am this morning.
