Hi! JJ has recently reminded me that the door to 14-0637 is currently
configured so that it's possible to unlock it and leave it that way.
I think it should be set up just like the doors in the public
clusters, i.e. the lock is always locked. We were thinking that this
probably should come out of the cluster money (rather than out of the
ACS budget.)
What do you think?
