The monitor on W20-575-20 (an IBM RT/PC) seems to have gone on the
blink. More precisely, it started displaying a very bright near-white
screen, with the diagonal white lines that appear when a monitor is on
too high. Rebooting the machine, which was done primarily to get the
user who had been on the machine logged off, had no effect.
