Can't resolve cluster info

A fellow in Bldg 38 (Jean (John?), x3-2583 at the EECS cluster)
has been having trouble getting several of his workstations to boot this
week. The error he is getting is a result of a failure to resolve
cluster info for bldg38b-vsusr-63B. He has tracked the error down to
duplicate /usr/lib and /sys/lib definitions, the second pair of which is
wrong. Eliminating these lines fixes the problem, but the information
is grabbed dynamically.
If this doesn't make sense, let me know...
