query about installation of workstation

We're interested in the possibility of having an athena workstation
installed in room 8-111, our graduate students' office. Two of our
grad students are TA'ing this semester, and Professor Sadoway is
a recitation instructor for 3.091, and all of them could use
easier access to athena.
Would we have to buy a workstation outright, or would it be possible
to "borrow" one for the semester? Would we have to have some sort of
wiring done in the room? What sort of costs might we be looking at?
