Subject: ZBT printer
Hi. We have an LN03 printer here that's having some mechanical
difficulties. The paper tray cover light will not turn off, even though
the paper tray is seated correctly. Also, the hinged lid in back will
not shut completely, i.e., it won't lock shut. I opened the lid to
look inside and found two little springs had come free. For one of
them, the little plastic knob that it supposedly had been attached to on
the lid had broken off. Could we get someone out here to look at it?
