Well, either no one has been using the new tcsh, or no one has found
any bugs. So by popular demand I'm moving it to the watchmaker
locker, it'll appear there after the AFS update tonight. Also, if you
want to use it for your default shell, try adding this to your
.environment file:
if (-e /mit/watchmaker/${bindir}/tcsh) then
setenv SHELL /mit/watchmaker/${bindir}/tcsh
endif
Both xterm and emacs will recognize the SHELL environment variable,
and you also get around the 32 character shell pathname limit.
