There was a long article in the Journal about this yesterday. It said that
DEC was noticeably absent from the list of vendors who will be cooperating
in this venture. Apparently Novell is the driving force behind this most
recent effort to bring about a "united" Unix that will head off Microsoft
and NT. The article said that DEC was betting on NT. No mention was made
of OSF.
