Recently a user asked an olc question and sent mail to the faculty
liaisons about a problem with the phigs locker. I was going to tell him
to contact the owner of the locker until I figured out that I *was* the
owner, which probably means that I inherited it during the AFS migration
last year. Before I tell him that we really don't support it at all,
does anyone know
1) what it really is
2) where it comes from
-and-
3) whether it would be a good thing to update what we have?
(The locker was last updated around August 1990.)
