Hi,
We got a call here at the Network Help Desk from John Saylor, and we
were wondering if you could give us a hand. John anonymous ftp'ed to
the Washington Univ. archives from his athena account and got a file
called something like zterm-09.hqx.z. He transferred it in binary mode.
He then uncompressed it with an Athena utility. Next, he dialed into
athena from his Mac SE using Versaterm Pro set to binary and transferred
the file with kermit. He then tried to unbinhex the file, and every
time he tried, the file was corrupted. I told him I'd ask around for an
answer and get back to him. If anyone in your group has any
suggestions, please send them to net-info@mit.edu. If you want to get
more information from Mr. Saylor, his phone number is x3-7152. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.
