Subject: Help in Definition
Could you please pass this on to someone in your organization that is
familiar with Beta Testing.
I am having a hard time finding a formal definition for the term
"Beta Test". We have been trying to get the Dept of Defense test
activities to accept a common definition, but without anything
formally in writing either in the Defense world or industry makes
it hard. I thought I would try academia for any common definition
being used. If you have any leads as to where I can get a good
definition, please leave me a note at arcement@nctsemh-wash.navy.mil
or arcement@tecnet1.jcte.jcs.mil.
Thanks,
Ray Arcement
