I have come across a bug in the curse library in Ultrix. If you intend
to use any of the termcap routines, (tgetstr for instance), it will
always return null after the call to initscr. The problem is in the
curses longname.c trashing the wrong data. BSD has it right. I can
provide you with a version of longname.c that will DTRT under ultrix and
will fix the problem. Contact me if need be.
