Actually i expect only a small percentage to have those skills. The "sheep"
portion of the population (i.e. most of them) will have to suffer the
consequences of the actions of their leaders. Those that learn to hack
around the information roadblocks of the censors will be the sane ones. The
rest will not be so lucky.
